Environmental Waste Services (EWS) was appointed to carry out a comprehensive property clearance, including the removal and disposal of large quantities of bagged waste from the interior of the property, rear garden and double garage.
Scope of Works
External Garden Clearance
Complete clearance of the rear garden, including the collection, removal and responsible disposal of large volumes of bagged waste and unwanted materials.
Internal Property Clearance
Full clearance of the property's interior, involving the removal of substantial quantities of bagged waste and other unwanted items.
Double Garage Clearance
Comprehensive clearance of the double garage, ensuring all accumulated waste and unwanted materials were removed.
Waste Removal and Disposal
All waste materials were removed from site using 14-yard open-top skips and transported to an appropriate waste management facility for responsible disposal.
Full Internal Deep Clean
Following completion of the clearance works, a thorough deep clean of the property's interior was carried out to restore the premises to a clean and presentable condition.
