Project Overview
Initial Assessment: Our team conducted a thorough site survey to identify the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in the garage structure. This assessment confirmed that the roofing sheets contained asbestos, necessitating specialised removal procedures.
Asbestos Removal: Utilising industry best practices, our certified professionals carefully removed the asbestos roofing sheets. The process involved dampening the materials to minimise fibre release, systematically dismantling the sheets without breaking them, and securely wrapping them for disposal. All activities were performed in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
Demolition Process: Following the safe removal of asbestos materials, the garage was systematically dismantled. Debris was segregated for appropriate disposal or recycling, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
Waste Disposal: The asbestos waste was transported to a licensed hazardous waste facility for proper disposal, accompanied by all necessary documentation to ensure full compliance with environmental regulations.
